You can set your caller ID to display the caller's number or your virtual phone systems number. This helps you know if it is a customer calling your business line.

1. This controlled in "Settings" > "DID Numbers".

2. Select which phone number you would like to edit. Select "Edit".

3. Change the Caller ID Settings and Save.
