To enable this feature please log in to your account and then follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "Settings" then select "Extras".

2. Click the "Enable" button for Voicemail Transcription.

3. You can now enable this feature for any of your extension by opening that extension's page and clicking the "Voicemail Transcription" toggle switch under "General Settings".
