The number of concurrent calls your system can handle is based on the total number of One40 lines you have selected with your plan. Lines are shared across your business and only used for inbound and outbound calls. Calls between employees and extensions, as well as any other One40 customer, are always free and never use your available lines. Also, because One40 service is month-to-month, you can change the number of lines on your plan at anytime.
