Turning your Mobile App to Do Not Disturb (DND) will prevent the system from sending calls to your app. Many users will adjust this setting when they are available to accept calls or are offline.

To activate to deactivate DND

1.  Inside your mobile app go to the "Keypad" section.

2. Tap your Extension Number in the top left. Then toggle DND "ON" or "Off".

3. You'll be able to tell if DND is "ON" by the red indicator.
