One40 will reflect both Incoming and Outgoing minutes, in the SETTINGS --> ACCOUNT section of your online dashboard.

  • Incoming Minutes = Calls made to your One40 phone number, for the entire duration of the call.
  • Outgoing Minutes = Outbound calls made from your app, or outbound calls made using the dial-out feature, or calls that are forwarded to a USA number or Canada number.

It is important to understand that One40 does NOT bill for minutes. Our packages are priced per line and so all minutes are included based on our Fair Usage policy.
