The music callers hear while on hold is controlled in "Settings" > "Music On-Hold"
You have the option of choosing from our selection of music or uploading/recording your own on-hold music/greeting.
To upload your own/record your own music or message select the "Upload or Record" button.
You'll have the option of uploading and mp3 file with a max size of 5MB or Record using your microphone.
**It may take up to 2 minutes for your changes to complete in the system after saving.
