Many users may wish to turn off their screen while on a long call, to conserve battery consumption.

While on a call with your One40 App, you can minimize the App by pressing the Home button. The call will continue and you will see a red bar across the top of your device indicating an active call.

To “lock” the phone while on a call, you must either:

• Enable the loud speaker’ / speakerphone; then you can press the Home or ‘Lock’ buttons on your iOS device to minimize the app & lock the device.
• Insert a headphone/microphone into your microphone jack of your iOS device; then you can press the Home or ‘Lock’ buttons on your iOS device to minimize the app & lock the device.
  
  ** You must use either the speakerphone or headphones to use the App while locked. If pressing the ‘Lock’ button at the top of your phone while using the phones speaker, the call will be disconnected.
