When setting your business hours to activate the After-Hours Greeting there are some preset options, but you can also choose to set a custom schedule to me your needs. Remember any time outside of these hours will play the After-Hours Greeting instead of the Main Greeting.
Setting A Custom Business Hours Schedule
1. Navigate to "Settings" and then "Greetings".
2. Scroll down to the "Business Hours" Section. Business hours are set to 24/7 by default. Select the dropdown menu and choose "Custom Schedule".
3. This will add a "Time Slot" which you can customise days and hours to meet your needs. You can add as many Time Slots as needed.
