To enable the call recording feature, first you must enable it.
1. Click Settings
2. Click Extras
3. Click ENABLE in the Call Recording feature box.
*IMPORTANT: After call recording is enabled, you must activate it inside of the extensions where you wish to use it.
1. Click Extensions
2. Click EDIT next to the extension where you will enable the call recording feature.
3. Click ON next to the Call Recording trigger (left-side)
4. Click SAVE & CLOSE at the top.
When using the mobile app, all OUTBOUND calls will also automatically be recorded. At this time it is not possible to control inbound/outbound separately however this functionality is on the road map.
