*IMPORTANT: Recorded calls are only saved in your back-office for 60 days.  If you wish to retain the calls longer, you must download them to your computer.

To review your recorded calls:

1. Navigate to Calls > Recorded Calls

To Play Recorded Calls:

Click the Play Button next to the call recording you want to play

To Download Recorded Calls

1. Click the Info icon to launch the Recording Details Modal window

2. In the Recording Details modal, Click the button Download to save the file to your computer. Or, click the Forward button to forward the recording as an email attachment.
