Call Recording allows you to record calls. Once this Extra is added, you can enable Call Recording per extension on the Extensions screen.

Federal and State laws require one or both parties to agree to have their conversation recorded. By enabling this feature you acknowledge and agree to disclose to the caller their conversation is being recorded. This disclosure can be included in your Standard Greeting and/or upon answering a call through an Extension that has Call Recording Enabled.

When enabled, all Inbound and Outbound calls for the extension automatically be recorded.

Call Recording is included at no addtional cost with all One40 Plans.
