You can transfer a phone number to our service free of charge in three simple steps:

1. Complete this LOA Form for the phone number or numbers you would like to transfer.

2. Provide proof of ownership for the number - this is usually a past bill from your previous/current provider you are transferring from.

3. Send both your LOA Form and proof of ownership to porting@one40.com

To transfer additional numbers, you will need to fill out, sign, and return this LOA Form.

Please Note - When transferring numbers from another provider, Proof of Ownership such as a Bill Copy from your previous provider will also need to be attached.
