Yes, once the new number is added to your account, you will be able to adjust it's forwarding settings.

Select "Transfer to extension..." in the forwarding options menu. An extension menu will appear. Select which extension you would like the number to forward to when a caller dials that number. This number will not play the main greeting and forward straight the the selected extension.
