Your Call Logs will be stored in your phone system for 60 days. After 60 days they will be deleted automatically. We recommend downloading any Call Logs that you need to keep for longer than 60 days.

To download your calls, navigate to CALLS, and choose INBOUND or OUTBOUND.

From there, you can click the DOWNLOAD button to download your calls in a spreadsheet format.
