This article describes how to navigate the One40 Softphone.
If you have not already completed steps to download/install/login to the Softphone, please visit one of the below articles first.
The Softphone uses a top-bar navigation. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the topbar navigation listed below:
- Key Pad - DialPad used to make calls
- Recent Calls - View recent calls from your Softphone
- Phone Book - Create and manage a contact list.
- Settings - Advanced settings (not used unless directed to by One40 Support)
- Info / Menu - Quick Links to access One40 Dashboard and other Help Resources.
