Customers can bring their own supported devices for use with their One40 Service.

Step 1. Confirm you have a supported Device: Make sure your device is on our list of supported devices.
Step 2. Confirm your device is not Locked to your previous Provider: Next, you will need to access your device's settings to make sure your previous provider didn't lock-out the device from being provisioned to a new provider. The steps are different for each device type. Don't worry, we can assist you to check. Unfortunately, we have found that some VoIP Providers lock the phones so they will only work with their service. If this is the case, we can sell you a new device but unfortunately, we will not be able to provision the device to our services. Don't worry! This is not very common and a One40 Product Specialist will provide instructions on how to check your device during our setup process.
Step 3. Contact our Support Team: We will require some information from your existing device to add to your Account in order to set up provisioning of the device with your One40 Services.

Additionally, we will provide you with step-by-step configuration instructions on how to tell your device to communicate with our Systems. This is a 1-time action that will need to be performed on each device you will bring. After this is performed, we can manage your device to ensure optimal settings & configurations for future use with your One40 services.
